Terms of use
Cadmio and Cadmio Viewer are 3D product visualization applications for Apple mobile devices.
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between CADMIO Kft. (“CADMIO”, “Company”, “Our”, “Us”, “We”) and the person, company, or organization (“You”, “Your”, “Yourself”) that downloads our software products ("Applications", "Cadmio", "Cadmio Viewer") and have access to their capabilities (“Service”). The Applications include proprietary image and 3D data (“Content”) which can be utilized in the context of the user-supplied CAD (Computer Aided Design) data.
The Applications are only available through Apple’s App Store. These Terms and Conditions governing the use of the Applications and the agreement that operates between You and the Company.
By accessing or using the Service You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, and accept with all provisions of the Privacy Policy. If You do not agree with these Terms then You do not have the right to access and use the Service.
System Requirements
The Applications require an iPad or iPhone device with A12 capabilities (or newer) and iOS 14.2 (or newer). The Applications are not accessible in the App Store using a hardware configuration that is older than the specification above. On devices with less than 4 GB memory (for example the 8th generation iPad) certain environments are disabled. We recommend using devices with 4+ GB RAM (for example 4th and 5th generation iPad Pro).
Subscriptions
The presentation editing capabilities of Cadmio is made available as a paid subscription plan. You will be billed in advance on a monthly or annual recurring basis (“Paid Subscriptions”). You agree that at the end of each billing cycle, Your subscription will automatically renew and your payment method for such subscription will automatically be charged at the start of each new subscription period for the fees and taxes applicable to that billing cycle unless You cancel it. The billing is handled by the Apple App Store and is governed by the Apple App Store’s own terms and conditions. Paid Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled in the Manage Subscriptions section of Your account settings. You will be charged no more than 24 hours prior to the start of the latest Paid Subscription period.
Free Trial
Cadmio offers a free 1-week trial prior to charging Your payment method. If You decide to unsubscribe from a Paid Subscription before Apple starts charging your payment method, cancel the subscription at least 24 hours before the free trial ends in case you want to avoid payment.
Privacy Policy
Please make sure You understand, accept, and agree with Our Privacy Policy which is an integral part of these Terms.
Communication
By signing up for the Beta You agree to subscribe to newsletters and onboarding emails We may send in order to gather feedback for future improvements. You may opt out of receiving these communications from Us by following the unsubscribe link in the emails You receive.

Service and Content Restrictions
You may not copy, duplicate, decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble or decode the Service including its source code and Content. You do not have the right to reverse-engineer, export, or modify the Content supplied with the Service in third-party content creation applications.
Our Service allows You to share, present, and post your work. CADMIO is not responsible for the CAD models the users import into the Service including their legality and appropriateness.
We understand that Your data may be labelled as sensitive. CADMIO does not store Your presentations, exported, and shared digital assets in the cloud. Your digital assets and presentations are preserved locally on your device. CADMIO does not perform regular backups, You agree to perform these Yourself if you need to.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its Content, features, and functionality are the exclusive property of CADMIO or third parties who have granted Us the rights to use them. The Applications utilize libraries from Open CASCADE Technology, and its proprietary render engine is built upon Google Filament. Our trademark (“Cadmio”) may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of CADMIO. All content is protected by trade dress, copyright, patent, and trademark laws.
Limitations of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranty
You expressly acknowledge, understand, and agree that use of the Service and the purchase and use of any services are at your sole risk. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We expressly disclaim all warranties and conditions of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties and conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will meet all of your requirements; the Service will be available uninterrupted, and will operate error-free; all errors in the software or service will be corrected, or that the Service, its servers, the content, or e-mails sent on behalf of the Us are free of viruses, scripts, trojans, or other harmful components.
Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the Service is done at your own discretion and risk, and you are solely responsible for any damage to your computer or other device or loss of data resulting from the download or use of any such material.
No oral or written advice or information received from Us or from the Service will create any warranty not expressely stated in these Terms and Conditions.
User Feedback
In case You decide to submit feedback to CADMIO, you assign all rights and interest in any feedback you provide. We may have something similar to Your contribution already under consideration or in development. You are not entitled to any compensation, reimbursement of any kind from Us under any circumstances. If you send feedback You agree to grant CADMIO a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, world-wide right and license to use, reproduce, disclose, sub-license, distribute, modify and exploit such feedback without restriction. You have no obligation to keep the submitted feedback confidential.
Waiver
Except as provided here, the failure by Us to enforce any of these Terms shall not be a waiver of them or limit the right to subsequently enforce any of these Terms.
Changes
These Terms are updated as new features, business conditions, or legal requirements arise. The changes will be made available online on this page and will be accessible from the Application in the Settings menu.
Settling Disputes
Any dispute, controversy, or claim must be resolved by the Hungarian Courts.
Agreement
These Terms represent the entire agreement between You and Us, and supersede any previous Terms, conditions, agreements, and arrangements regarding Your use of the Services.
